Hello,

In fresh installation of Suite 7.2.1

While creating a contact with the same name as an existing contact, it shows the the potential duplicates and when we click on ‘Save’ to continue, it shows

“Error retreiving record. This record may be deleted or you may not be authorized to view it.”

Any clue whats happening?

This is a known issue and a fix has been proposed in 7.2.2, but is not yet released.

Hi Will,

When is this fix expected to be released?

Also until then, is there any alternative to continue to save ? Few records are not duplicates but Suite currently does not let us save .
